At the reception, our staff (present in the facility until 2:00 pm) will always be happy to provide help with getting around the city, information on guided tours, museum suggestions, restaurants and trendy places, and assisting you with the various requests so that you can fully experience the city of Naples.
Thanks to a state-of-the-art home automation system, 24/7 check-in is possible online. We would like to remind you that in any case in the time slot between noon and 4:00 pm – subject to notification of the arrival time – our staff is ready and willing to welcome guests. From 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., the facility can still be accessed with remote staff assistance. The client will be followed step by step via WhatsApp and will never be left alone in carrying out the various steps.
After 8:00 p.m. you will be able to access the facility only and exclusively in self check-in mode with an automatic door-opening system of which all details will be sent 24 hours before arrival, and in case of difficulty, emergency contacts will even be provided for remote assistance. Upon arrival, in order to take advantage of self check-in, it will be NECESSARY to have a latest generation cell phone to connect to our Wi-Fi network.

This system was implemented as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic to protect the safety of our staff and all guests at IL FIORE D’ORO, while at the same time increasing the degree of freedom and autonomy that we can offer our customers.
We invite our guests to bring a 10-cent coin so as to be able to use the elevator. We apologize for the inconvenience, and there will be a complimentary supply of these coins upon arrival in the room.
IL FIORE D’ORO makes use of the DOMINA Hotel system, AVE’s home automation program that increases comfort and safety while optimizing energy consumption.
Inside each room, a wall display screen with an intuitive interface for viewing all the room comforts and to have tourist information and news about activated affiliations with some restaurants. DOMINA Hotel allows for optimization of energy consumption devoted to saving energy: the system automatically turns off lights, air conditioning or heating when the rooms are unoccupied. For any request, our guests are asked not to manipulate the air conditioners because they are set to automatically bring back the right room temperature when the room is occupied, but to contact the guest manager if necessary.
Thanks to this sophisticated system, it is possible to have the 24/7 online check-in service. After booking, the guest will never be alone. He will be followed step by step until his arrival at the facility via chat. Due to its features and attention to style, IL FIORE D’ORO is an ideal location for events, fashion and design photo shoots. Contact us by email to request a personalized quote. You can rent the facility as a location or request a customized package including a photographer, stylist and make-up artist. However, it is not possible to use the room as a set without prior notice. The cost of renting the room for photographic use is different from the traditional tourist use. During shoots usually the team is larger than the number of people present during a typical stay as tourists.

All of IL FIORE D’ORO’s objects fit perfectly into the context and are enhanced in an environment where aesthetics rules. When necessary, the location can also become a showroom for sales campaigns. As a customer of IL FIORE D’ORO you can take advantage of some affiliations we have with traditional restaurants in the city. Using the wall display screen inside the room, you can get tourist information about the city and a list of restaurants that have an agreement with the facility; all you have to do is present our business card.

IL FIORE D’ORO has an agreement with Primavera Parking on Via Carlo Pisacane, 5 – a short walk from our facility. We recommend booking the parking space at least 12 hours before your arrival directly from www.garageprimavera.it or by sending a WhatsApp to 337859637 specifying that you are staying at our facility.
To access the garage from Corso Garibaldi, you have to enter from Vico Crispano (there is a drapery store on the corner) and then turn right into Via Carlo Pisacane. You need to follow these directions and not the Google directions to Vico Pergole because otherwise you run the risk of going into the local market.
